Is the only fix for this problem to remove the mod? I gotta be honest, I think I 'could' play without it, but I want to see if there is anything else I haven't tried. This did not work for me either, even when I disabled bManageFPS just by accident. Seibastjin said that disabling all the features under the MASTER section, excluding bFastExit and bManageFPS fixed it. Syzgy said that the issue for him was fixed after disabling bReplaceGetTickCount and bInject_iFPSClamp, but that did not fix the issue for me. I stumbled upon a thread in Nexus where two users, one named IllicitSyzygy and another one called Sebastjin, said to have fixed the issue.
So I know what's causing this, but I want to know- has anyone actually fixed this issue before? All the posts I've seen so far of people pointing it out, no one mentions any kind of fix. I'm having an issue that 'I know' is caused by the Stutter Remover, because other people have pinned it down to the Stutter Remover being the culprit, and I myself have verified that the issue is indeed gone when the Stutter Remover is removed.
